Allan joined PS Kenya in 2008 as the Human Resource Director. Prior to joining PS Kenya, he was working for the Aga Khan Education Services. Allan also worked for Sameer Africa, Coca-Cola Bottling Plant in Rift Valley Region, Unga Limited and Kakuzi Limited.

He is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a bias in Human Resources. He has an Academy of Executive Coaching Practitioners Diploma in Coaching and is a Certified Human Resource Professional having finalized the professional exams in 2018. Allan has over 15 years’ experience in Senior HR roles
